PlotSegmentMask[mask,segmask,vox]

plots the mask segements created by CardiacSegment. mask is a mask the left ventricle that was used in the CardiacSegment. segmask is the output of CardiacSegemnt. vox is the voxels size, {slice, x, y}. Output is a plot window.
