SigmaCalc

SigmaCalc[DTI,grad,bvec] calculates the noise sigma based on the tensor residual, using a blur factor of 10. SigmaCalc[DTI,tens,grad,bvec] calculates the noise sigma based on the tensor residual, using a blur factor of 10. SigmaCalc[DTI,grad,bvec,blur] calculates the noise sigma based on the tensor residual, If blur is 1 ther is no blurring. SigmaCalc[DTI,tens,grad,bvec,blur] calculates the noise sigma based on the tensor residual. If blur is 1 ther is no blurring.
